now i know the oxidizing agent is oxygen and the reducing agent is lithium, but how would i answer this question as a chemical formula for each (to identify the oxidizing agent and the reducing agent)

depending the order it is asking you for example: Identify the oxidizing agent and the reducing agent O_2, Li
but if asks you: Identify the reducing agent and the oxidizing agent then you would have to type Li, O_2
