precent composition= mass of element in that compound/mass of compound
so mass of hydrogen in compound=5(5 H atoms are present)..
therefore,% composition= 5/79 *100=6.3%
so ans=(b)6.3%

Hmmm okpretty simple..

5/79 x 100 = 6.3

So all you do is find the Ar (atomic mass) of hydrogen, times it by the number of hydrogen atoms to find its total mass within the molecule. Then divide that by the total mass of the molecule.then times by 100 to get the percentage
