No.. Youll have to exercise and get in the weight room to get stronger.. You can probably find out at a health food store whether or not you can use whey and Bulldozer together..

I wish they had more flavors though, the fruit punch flavor and smell is amazing but I can tell after couple of months I would be wanting a different flavor.

Yes, Bulldozer XL5000 is worth the price and if you think about it saves you money from purchasing more product/ingredients to mix with your pre workout. There are many good ones out there, but I always end up either having to buy BCAA, or Glutamine or Beta Alanine to add to the mix. The only thing I add to Bulldozer XL5000 during my Intra/Post is carbs (I mix it with 20 grams of Dextrose or sometime Gatorade Powder)
Secondly, remember your body is 70-75% water. Steroids for example do cause more water retention than creatine or other supplements (hence the term ergogenic and androgenic). There are studies that have shown creatine use (3 months) to not having any impact on water weight rather increase in pure muscle mass. And it is not true if you stop creatine you will look slim or lose all your muscle. That is false. It is recommended to cycle creatine if you use it daily, to give your body a break since your body naturally produces creatine any ways. IF you use creatine only on workout days like some people then you can stay on it for months (4-8 months) then you can take a 3-4 weeks break. You wont lose anything, if any possibly 1-2 pounds that is if you actually did gain water weight.
I did stop using creatine for months (after 1.5 years of use as a pre/post workout only), without much impact because when on creatine I was lifting heavy and for a while and my body adapted to that weight. Now, to go and exceed to even heavier I needed creatine again. But when off creatine I did not lose strength or mass , that is if you train smart and hard.

As for creatine, your statement is partially true. First, It is true that Creatine does attract water but thats not all what Creatine does. For example: many runners, cyclists and basketball players (who are lean) use creatine because it gives them stamina and delay muscle fatigue to last longer in the game. Creatine provides your body with muscle energy source called ATP. ATP is your bodys fuel to do any type of movement. So, it is true that creatine can cause some minor water retention (to some people), but its importance is not in making you look buff, rather in providing you with that cellular energy so you can lift stronger, longer and harder to grow muscle ( lean muscle mass). Creatine also has shown to delay muscle fatigue which is important to improve performance. When consuming creatine you will notice strength is improving at the gym, fatigue is delayed and recovery improved which are all factors for building lean muscle mass.

I have ordered mine few weeks ago and love it so far. It does not give me jitters or crash effect the way No-Xplode or Jack3d did. I feel the difference in strength and stamina. I also noticed after heavy leg workout day (squats and leg press) that I am not as in pain as I used to be in the past. I think this means recovery is much better. A also noticed this with heavy chest days, less pain, but fuller and more pumped feeling next day.
