should i quit my high school cheerleading squad [Solved]

Last year i tried out to cheer for five little league teams made it and didnt go to practice because some of the girls on each team didnt like me. i really ssed some hoes off then too.

I think that if you really enjoy the sport of cheerleading, youll be having fun with it, and people will enjoy your enthusiasm and you as a person! Would you regret if you quit I quit my sophomore year and I gotta say I missed cheering so much! But thats just me! Dont do something youd regret by quitting something you love! And its normal to feel awkward! I cheered freshman year, quit sophomore year, and started again this year, my junior year. I felt really awkward my first day, even though a lot of my really super good friends were there, but now, at our second or third, I dont remember haha We already are having soooo much fun and having inside jokes, and I guess Im officially called Mike hahah I think it will get better! Its just weird at first because its been a while since youve all been together. But If youre having fun with the sport then definitely keep going with it, and I promise friends will come eventually in things like.. stunt groups, stretching, and games you cheer at

Id say it really comes down to whether you like cheerleading or not. Even if you like the people on the squad, if you dont love cheerleading, every event is going to seem like a chore, and thats just no fun at all. If you find yourself dreading practice, and not just in normal I dont want to work out today way but in a Im going to be miserable at practice way, then Id consider quitting the team. Youre a sophomore, which means you have plenty of time to try out other extracurriculars, like other sports, teams, clubs, or maybe a hobby outside of school.

Im a freshman on jv team, I tryed out for the same exact reason and i realized that i dont want to devote my whole life to cheer i love it but not that much if your team is like mine you have practice every single day! who would want that anywayss i quit and i love having free time and hanging out with my friends!
