apple sauce, ensure protein drinks, ice cream ,ccen broth
Hope you dont get a dry socket then, they have to pack the holes with gause, or cotton to promote the healing process. Try the BABY food isle, they have lots of eatable foods. Heat wise its what you can tolerate.
GAH! Im in the same boat as you right now! Heres what Ive been having:
Quaker Simple Harvest Oatmeal (I just blow off each bite for a bit)
Soup (broccoli and cheese, ccen noodle, or even boiled V8 100% vegetable juice)again, just blow off each spoonful
Easy Mac (this stuff gets REALLY hot, so make sure youre blowing it off a lot)
Grits w/ melted cheese (just throw in a slice of Kraft Singles cheddar)

I also had two teeth removed last week. I have been drinking Ensure ( it is basically a full meal in a drink) along with a lot of pudding and fluids. Soups are great and the heat is fine.
Good Luck

Good luckIm in the same boat as you, so I know what pain and misery youre going through. ):
I stuck with soft foods like applesauce, yogurt/ice cream, grits, mashed potatoes. My surgeon told me to avoid really hot and spicy foods and to avoid hot soups to avoid the cing motion. Regardless the type of food, you cant really avoid keeping food from getting back there. There are stitches in place, so just maintain good dental health (brush other teeth, floss other teeth, follow the dentists directions of salt water or whatever theyve told you). Youll be back to a normal diet soon!

Well oatmeal would be fine. I would suggest eating soft foods. So mashed potatoes, soups, porridge, bananas would be quite good, things like that. Also milkshakes would be fine to.
