Why cant you film inside of stores [Solved]

When the store employees ask folks to leave for whatever reason, failure to follow their request can be trespassing.

Generally stores get freaked out if you do it, they think that youre up to something. However, there is actually no law against filming inside a store, as long as you are not broadcasting to somewhere. It is not against any law to film, but you are still obligated to leave if you are asked to by management, otherwise its trespassing.

If one is there shopping to buy stuff, that is what a store was designed for. It was not designed to be a set for someone doing video without permission from the store management. It was also designed to be a good experience for customers and if *some* might be uncomfortable, then it is not a good experience for them and management has the right (and responsibility to their good customers) to stop allowing the discomfort.
