As far as I know, there are some instances of septum piercings originally being crooked and then becoming straighter during the healing process. However, it sounds like your piercer didnt pierce the proper place and that part of your jewelry is actually going through the cartilage in your nose rather than the sweet spot where its supposed to be.
If I were you and it was something that was really bugging me, Id let it heal up and go get it re-pierced
later. If its something that your really like, you dont want to look at it every time and get annoyed cause it doesnt look right!

Mine was crooked too and they said it was the swelling, Most likely is, and it takes a good month to go away. mine did.. But I took mine out a month ago and the hole is still there lol, But if it doesnt straighten out then you need to get it redone. Mine didnt become completely straight but noone ever noticed it ever. Its almost impossible to get it perfectly straight when you pierce it in the right spot. People make the mistake of piercing it in the wrong spot and thats why it tends to look different, I wouldnt worry.
