no to make it go off you need to hit the primer,but dont try it never play with amo.
YES!!!, i dont recommend you do it though as the slug would be highly unstableand could fly anywhere!ive smashed blank bullets with an hammer before, im pretty sure thats not as dangerous.

Yeah but you have to get small metal punch and place it on the primer (in the centre, rear of the cartridge) an then hit with the hammer also make sure the bullet cartridge is clamped.

No. A bullet is just an inert chunk of metal. It is possible, though unlikely, that you could hit a cartridge on the primer and make it go off. Be careful with your language. The answer you get depends on the question you ask.

Long nails can be harbingers for bacteria, specifically if they are artificial, but they are good for scratching and starting those little foil wrapped containers which are so hard to get in to.
