From my experience when ever a order required change back, the drivers always say they do not have the change needed such as in your case 70 cents back and they offer dollar bills. I called the pizza place and asked them why are they sending out drivers without any change.Since they know they will need it, if I pay with a 20.00The tip is my call not the drivers ..If the driver cannot give me my change I do not feel incline to tip them at all. Tipping is is solely up to the customer.
