Is there a way to import more then one picture into Paint Tool SAI at a time [Solved]

very confusing issue. do a search onto yahoo or google. just that will help!

First, open up the picture youre working on, and then open the background. Go to the background picture, and then use the select tool on the whole picture (or a part of it, if you only plan to use that part of the pic) then click Edit>Copy, go to the pic that needs the background, then click Edit>Paste. it should open up as a whole new layer, with the background in place. Move the layer to the bottom-most and viola.
