fortitudinem, et honorem

Vires is concrete and physical. Fortitudo is abstract and
philosophical. Vires is more suited to a battlefield, whereas *fortitudo* is more suited to the scholars study.

Honestas is the honor that actually resides within the person
honored as an intrinsic attribute, whereas honos/honor and decus are the extrinsic honor that is bestowed on you by someone else who merely deems you worthy of
it.

RE:
What is the correct Latin translation of Strength and Honor
i need to be 100% sure of the correct translation for my tattoo!

VIS ET DECUS or VIS ET HONOR or
VIRTUS ET DECUS or VIRTUS ET HONOR or
FORTITUDO ET HONOR or FORTITUDO ET DECUS

If you want to mean the strength in general use vis while the word fortitudo translates more the inner mental/moral strength.
Decus is an excellent choice for honor, particularly a military honor. The other Latin word is quite obviously honor, which has a secondary meaning of respect, and is used frequently of elected public officials. For strength, consider also VIRTUS, which carries more of the idea of strength as a personal quality than vis.
